Kane Marc has joined as Head Chef and brings with him a wealth of experience having worked at award winning restaurants in both Britain and Australia. The Waterloo Bar is headed up by the talented Davide Pastro whose signature cocktails include Lychee Martini and Berry Breezer. Our cocktail bar delivers the classic and contemporary with a lightness of touch and great welcome.
