It has all the individuality of a boutique hotel but it’s not one of these either. It’s the best of both but better still. It’s a five-star experience with a distinctive style that leaves boutique behind. The décor features historical nuances, with a contemporary, artisan feel. The service levels and guest experience are on another level. And the Thames views are simply superb.

Heightened tastes in traditional British and modern European cuisine, the menu is as extravagant as its aviation surroundings. As you enter Patrisey restaurant a featured wall of wine creates a unique piece of “wine art” .
At Patrisey, you can choose your dining experience depending on your mood and the occasion...budding chefs can watch their food being prepared whilst dining with the kitchen in full view, couples can retreat and hideaway behind the metallic leaf and frosted fretwork for an intimate dining experience and colleagues can talk over lunch with the only interruption being the superb sight of helicopters landing.
