The Grill is the glamorous and opulent new Mayfair restaurant at one of London's oldest established luxury hotels.

The menu created by Chef Simon Henbery defines modern elegant European grill food with robust big colourful flavours and the best seasonal ingredients. Veal Chops, Chateaubriand and grilled Lemon Sole, seasonal specials, classic puddings - everything you would expect from a classic Grill Room.

Award-winning and hotly tipped Chef, Simon Henbery, gained his experience working for some of the UK's leading chefs; Michael Hjort, Jean Christophe Novelli and Anthony Worral Thompson.

He joined luxury hotel Flemings Mayfair from Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant where he was Head Chef, responsible for the fine dining menu and direction of the 25-strong kitchen.

Simon has completely overhauled the food and beverage offering at Flemings Hotel, Mayfair restaurant, establishing a rustic, mouth-watering modern European menu for The Grill. His carefully balanced menu incorporates the best seasonal ingredients with a twist!
