Michael Kreiling is the Award-winning Head Chef at 1901 Restaurant and Bar. Kreiling is inspired by fresh, quality ingredients; for 1901 he sources the very best of British produce everywhere from the Isle of Wight and the valley of North Wales to the Suffolk Coast. His new menu follows Andaz Liverpool Street’s philosophy "sophistication made simple".
Dishes are classically prepared, beautifully executed and delivered with style. Housed in a beautiful red brick Victorian building in the centre of London, 1901 Restaurant and Wine Bar has Grade II listed interiors, Beneath a stained glass domed ceiling, the marble cocktail bar takes centre stage. 1901 offers a range of dining options to suit all personal preferences.
Guests can choose from tapas in the 1901 Wine bar or a modern British menu in the main dining room. The cheese and wine table also adds an additional personal touch, for which Andaz is renowned; offering more than 700 wines and a British-dominated cheese cellar.
